How do you download music onto your kindle 2?

I just got a Kindle 2 for Christmas and i love it so far. Except i heard that you can download music onto it and i got rele excited, but i dont know how to :’( Please answer back! thanx.
O yeah and if u wanna know how to play minesweeper on the kindle 2_ here it is= hold shift (the arrow key that is going up like this^) and alt then click m. But u have to be on the home page of ur kindle 2…….
