Alternative to Mobipocket creator for mac?

I have a kindle and I want to put some of my PDF files for school on it, but I am using a mac to do so and the mobipocket creator software won’t run on my mac for some reason?

Could some one either give me an alternative that will allow me to put my PDF files on kindle or find me a tutorial on how to use mobipocket creator for a mac

You can also use calibre.
