cnm touchpad ii KINDLE BOOKS WONT DOWNLOAD ?

hi i bought a touchpad ii not ong ago well to start off with i had problems with the firmware update and lost all my apps so i then had to go to cnm site to download lastest firmware and update it which gave me all my apps back but now…..

i just bought a ebook of amazon and it wont download just keeps giving me error and fails to download.

has any1 had same problem and managed to sort it out ?
or if any1 has any ideas on how to sort this out and help
would be very apprieciated

this much trouble with a kindle is not normal i would contact tech support and see what they have to say.
