How do you read ebooks ?

Reading an article or a news heading is not a problem at all but when it comes to book reading (books like course books…those 500+ pages books) it really gets a pain in back! I dont know about you guys but I always a get a headache staring at my computer screen. Other than that it affects your eye-sight too. Do you guys read ebooks on gadgets like Amazon Kindle or something or on your computer ? Or whats the better of reading ebooks according to you if at all ?
