How do I found the right books which Nietzsche wrote about?

I need someone to explain to me about looking for older works. Am I looking for compilations of written works or am I really looking for the original works which are translated? I’m taking a look at this Kindle book from Amazon and I was going through it, it had a lot of content written by the translators and other material. How do I know I’m reading exactly what Nietzsche wrote?

Well, he wrote in German, so you’ll probably need a translation.

Start with Also Sprach Zarathustra (Thus Spoke Zarathustra). It’s not hard to find decent English editions. But I warn you, Nietzsche is not everyone’s cup of tea.
