NKJV Bible on Kindle or Nook?

I am looking at getting either a Kindle or Nook. I want it to get NKJV on it. Does anyone have experiece they can share. I don’t want to just read the Bible on it. I want to be able to look up scripture and even make book marks and take notes if possible.
