Where is the RESTART feature in the newest Kindle?
My new Kindle suddenly won’t access any books or connect to WiFi. On screen dialog box and Amazon.com troubleshooting says to: Go to Home > Menu > Settings > Menu and select “Restart.” Problem is…THERE IS NO RESTART OPTION THERE! Anyone else have this problem? Thanks.
Hold the on/off switch for 15-20 seconds to restart your Kindle.
