Kindle Screen Frozen

KINDLE 3 QUESTION!!!?

Holy molly I don’t have a warranty on it and I love it to death. I’d be lost without it. Ever since I got it, it’s been iffy. It resets itself constantly, it freezes up, the music stops randomly, the wifi cuts out. And just yesterday, it stopped completely. I was out on a walk with it and was reading a book and it froze. It wont reset, it wont turn off, I can’t figure out what’s wrong with it. Today, it started again for a second, reset itself, went to the main screen and froze again. I can’t get it to move or turn of or do ANYTHING. Pleeeeeeeeeeeeease tell me what’s wrong with it!!! Thank you!!!!!

Try doing a hard reset on it.

Slide and hold the power switch for 15 seconds. Then release it. Your Kindle will cycle through the reset process. Don’t worry, you don’t lose your books or other data in this process.
