How can I return my Kindle to Amazon?

Okay so I was reading my kindle earlier today and it has a protective cover over it, plus its own cover. However, when I took it out to read my book it showed a lot of weird lines and i fear it might be broken. I got it maybe 4 months back so do you think i will be able to return it even though i don’t have the box and sticker anymore? what should i do to get it replaced?

You can’t return it for a refund after 30 days. For replacement, you’ll have to contact Kindle customer support at 1-866-321-8851.
