Kindle Warranty Return
Who do i call for kindle repair?
The screen on my kindle has cracked or something and now half of it is all messed up. Can anyone tell me who i should call for screen repair? I got it for Christmas and i need to know if it is too late to return it and get a new one. Is the warranty used up already? My kindle is one of the newer ones, if that helps.
Unfortunately there are not much kindle replacement parts available to third parties. Right now pretty much the amazon is the only one. I have heard more than one person who reported that amazon will replace the kindle for broken screens if within the warranty period. This is especially true now since there was a lawsuit in which someone claimed a defect causes the display to crack. So anyways if I was you I would call amazon, and see what they will do for you.
